1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details and tracking information (if applicable).


2. Shipping Methods

We ship liquidation pallets via:

  • Freight carriers (LTL & FTL shipping) for pallets and bulk orders
  • Standard ground shipping for smaller packages (if applicable)

Shipping method depends on the size, weight, and destination of your order.


3. Shipping Coverage

We provide:

  • Nationwide shipping across the United States
  • International shipping to select countries

For international orders, customers are responsible for ensuring that products comply with local import regulations.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Order size and weight
  • Delivery location
  • Freight carrier rates

Shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout or provided via invoice for bulk orders.


5. Delivery Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. Orders: 24 hours after dispatch
  • International Orders: 1–4 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


6. Freight Delivery Requirements

For pallet deliveries:

  • Customers must ensure adequate space for unloading
  • A loading dock or forklift is recommended
  • If unavailable, a liftgate service may be requested (additional charges may apply)

Failure to meet delivery requirements may result in delays or redelivery fees.


7. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Freight shipments may include tracking numbers or carrier contact details for real-time updates.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, if your shipment arrives:

  • Damaged: Please note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours
  • Missing items: Report within 48 hours of delivery

Failure to report within this timeframe may limit our ability to assist with claims.


9. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Clearance fees

These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and must be paid upon delivery.

11. Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses may incur additional charges for rerouting or redelivery.
