At Main Source Liquidation, we specialize in the sale of liquidation pallets sourced from major retailers. Due to the nature of these products, all purchases are subject to the terms outlined below. We encourage all customers to review this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. All Sales Are Final
All liquidation pallet sales are final and non-refundable. Products are sold “as-is” and “where-is”, with no guarantees regarding condition, functionality, or completeness unless explicitly stated.
Due to the bulk and discounted nature of liquidation inventory, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
2. Product Condition Disclaimer
Our inventory may include:
- Overstock items
- Shelf pulls
- Customer returns
- Open-box or refurbished goods
While we strive to provide accurate descriptions, Main Source Liquidation does not guarantee the condition of every individual item within a pallet.
3. Manifest Accuracy
Some pallets may include a manifest (product list). Please note:
- Manifests are provided for reference only
- Minor discrepancies may occur
- Not all pallets are manifested
We are not responsible for differences between manifested and actual contents.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a shipment that is:
- Significantly damaged during transit, or
- Incorrect (wrong pallet delivered)
You must:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos and documentation
We will review the claim and, if approved, may offer a partial refund, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
5. Freight Damage Claims
For freight deliveries:
- Inspect your shipment before signing the delivery receipt
- Note any visible damage on the carrier’s paperwork
Failure to report damage at the time of delivery may result in denial of your claim.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if:
- The order has not yet been processed or shipped
Approved cancellations may be subject to a restocking or processing fee.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
7. Refund Processing (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
8. Customer Responsibility
By purchasing from Main Source Liquidation, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You understand the risks associated with liquidation inventory
- You accept product condition variability
- You agree to this Refund & Returns Policy in full
